1. Warranty Terms
MecTURING products are covered under a limited warranty, ensuring the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.

- Duration: Our products are covered by a standard 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

1.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.
- Damage due to electrical surges, water, or improper usage of the product.

2. Return Policy
We aim to provide a straightforward return experience. You may return a product under the following conditions:
2.1 Conditions for Return or Replacement
- Return Window: Customers can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is defective.
- The product has sustained physical damage during shipment (in this firstly we replaced the product or damaged part) and the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product does not match the description provided on our website.
- MecTURING will firstly collect original product before sending Replacement product
- Defective Products: If the product is found to be malfunctioning or defective within the 15-day return window, a refund or replacement will be processed once the product has been assessed by our team.
2.2 Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our website support team with the details of your request.
- Product Packaging: The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging intact.
- Pickup Arrangements: MecTURING will arrange for a courier to pick up the product from your location. Pickups are generally completed within 2-3 business days, and the product reaches our warehouse within 7-10 days based on your location and third party couriers.
2.3 Ineligible Returns
The following scenarios are not eligible for a return or replacement:
- Aesthetic Dissatisfaction: The product is free of defects, but the customer is dissatisfied with its appearance, cleaning quality, or similar factors.
- Unreported Physical Damage: Physical damage that is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- User Damage: Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or electrical surges.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. MecTURING offers a flexible cancellation policy:
3.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

3.2 Post-Shipment Cancellation
- Once a product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking: Refunds will be issued after deducting 2% transaction fees.
- UPI Payments: Full refunds will be processed with no deductions.
4. Refund Policy
- MecTURING provides a structured and fair refund policy to ensure transparency and ease of transaction:
4.1 Refund Process
- Upon receiving the returned product, MecTURING will inspect the item and notify you via email.
- Once the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 15-20
- business days.
4.2 Bundle/Combo Purchase Adjustments
- If the returned product was part of a bundle or combo offer, the bundle discount will be void upon return.
- The corresponding discount applied to the remaining items will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.3 Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Receipt: The original purchase receipt must be provided.
- Order ID Number: A valid Order ID Number must be included.
- Complete Packaging: The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Note: If any of the required items are missing, appropriate deductions will be applied to the refund.
5. Shipping Instructions for Returns
All products must be shipped back to MecTURING with the Order ID number clearly marked.
5.1 Non-Refundable Charges
- A non-refundable fee of 5% as per invoice value will apply to cover procurement, shipping, packaging, and transaction costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been processed after the specified time frame, please follow these steps:
- Check your Bank Account: Ensure the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take additional time to post depending on your financial institution’s processes.

7. Refund Policy for No-Cost EMI Orders
If you have selected the No-Cost EMI option during your purchase, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:
- Interest Charges: Any interest charges applied by the bank will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are not imposed by MecTURING but are part of the bank’s policy.
- Final Refund Amount: MecTURING will process the refund for the net amount received after the bank’s deductions for all the orders.
8. Sale Items
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items are subject to our standard refund policy.
- Paid charges for service of the product or any other consumables/material are not eligible for refunds

MecTURING Delivery, Payment, and Service Policy
Delivery and Shipping Information
- Free Delivery: MecTURING robotic vacuum cleaners and related products qualify for free delivery across India.
- Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Major Cities: Typically delivered within 4-5 business days after shipment.
- Other Cities: Generally delivered within 4-7 business days after shipment.
- General Delivery Window: For orders from our warehouses or third-party locations across India, expect delivery within 7-10 business days depending on the delivery address.
- Delivery Partners: Our products are primarily shipped via shree Maruti couriers, Bluedart, DTDC, or local courier services. The choice of logistics partner may vary based on delivery location and availability.
- Delivery Hours: Orders are typically delivered between 10:30 am – 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.
- Proof of Delivery: Goods require a signature upon delivery. MecTURING takes no responsibility for goods signed by someone other than the customer at the specified delivery address.
- Tracking and Notifications: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email on the registered email ID. If you wish to provide specific delivery instructions, please contact us promptly after placing your order.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, report this to us within 24 hours. Delay in reporting may result in unresolved delivery issues.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping Rates: While delivery is free for most MecTURING products, certain products may incur shipping and handling charges based on factors such as packaging, size, volume, and location. Any such charges will be presented during checkout.
- COD Fee: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional 2% of the invoice value will be charged.

Delivery Policies and Conditions
- Responsibility for Address Accuracy: MecTURING is not liable for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.
- Damages After Delivery: MecTURING is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. Claims for damages or shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via our contact page. Additionally, shortages should be noted on the Proof of Delivery document and returned to the delivery agent.
- Refusal of Delivery: In case our delivery partner refuses doorstep delivery, please do not accept the product and notify us at support@mecturing.in.
Returns, Replacements, and Warranty
- Return Policy: MecTURING does not offer refunds or cancellations on completed orders. For assistance, please reach out to customer service promptly if there is an issue with your order.
- Replacement Policy: Replacement requests are honored for products that arrive dead on arrival, damaged, or significantly differ from the agreed specifications. Customers must return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, to qualify for replacement.
- Damage Claims: If your product arrives damaged, you are encouraged to contact customer service immediately. MecTURING reserves the right to test and inspect returned products. Replacement approval is contingent upon the product’s condition and compliance with our guidelines.

Order Cancellations
- Right to Cancel: MecTURING reserves the right to cancel orders due to issues related to fraud, payment discrepancies, stock availability, or inaccurate pricing.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: MecTURING may charge up to 5% of the invoice for cancellations to cover order processing. In certain cases, up to 100% transportation cost may apply. Refunds are processed in line with the bank’s policy, usually reflecting in the original payment method.
