Hassle-Free Return Policy
Return of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- The customer can return the product unit received within 10 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement/refund against the unit delivered to the customer.
- In case of Physical damage Return can be accepted only if the customer contacted the company within 24 hours of receipt of the product & establishes that the product delivered is in defective condition or has physical damage.
- Refund/Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a MecTURING team member has checked and determined the same at his end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by MecTURING.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of a return, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
- To arrange pick-up generally it takes 1-2 days & 5-7 days to receive a product to our warehouse depending on your location.
- A product will not be replaced/refunded under the following circumstances:
- The customer is not happy with the look/cleaning quality of a defect-free product.
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 10 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
- We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.
- If you paid via a credit card, then your amount will be refunded after deducting 2% of transaction charges. For prepayment mode (debit card, UPI, or net banking), then your entire order amount will be refunded.
- Except for Cash-on-Delivery transactions, refunds are made to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. The refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Refund (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
- Once the refund is processed, it might take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
- When the Refund Product was purchased together with other Products that resulted in a bundle discount, the bundle discount will be immediately void upon refund. The discount amount of other Products will be revoked and deducted from the refund amount You ultimately receive. This policy applies to any kind of bundle discounts including but not limited to gift cards, gifts, quantity purchases, etc.
- When the Refund Product was purchased in combination with other Products that resulted in a bundle discount, the bundle discount will be immediately void upon refund. The discount amount of other Products will be revoked and deducted from the refund amount You ultimately receive. This policy applies to any kind of bundle/combo discounts including but not limited to gift cards, gifts, quantity purchases.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this website in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.
