1. Eligibility

• Plan must be purchased only at the time of original product purchase.
  

• Applicable for MecTURING official website purchases only.

• Only Applicable on Q and S Series of Vacuum Cleaners

2. Validity

• Plan valid for 15 months from date of purchase.

• After 15 months, the plan will automatically expire.

3. Upgrade / Exchange Benefits

• Free Exchange to a new upgraded model(subject to stock & availability)

• Can be clubbed with additional store discounts

• Up to 80% of the original product value is added as discount, subject to the product condition.

4. Product Return Conditions

• The original product must be in working condition.

• No major physical damage (dents, cracks, liquid damage).

• All original accessories, box & invoice must be provided.

• Minor wear & tear acceptable.

5. Exclusions

• Not valid on bulk/corporate/wholesale purchases unless explicitly approved.

6. Upgrade/Exchange Process

• Customer must visit the nearest service centre for quality check before the 15-month period ends.

• In case of non-availability of service centres, customers must contact MecTURING CareLine™ before the plan expires & send the product to our head office (extra pickup & delivery charges may apply).

• On approval:

  • Old product collected.

  • New upgraded model delivered coupon will be added to cart while the purchase of upgraded model.

7. Company Decisions

• MecTURING reserves the right to approve/reject any exchange request in case of non-compliance.

• Terms subject to revision without prior notice.
