📜 Terms & Conditions – Upgrade Assurance Program

1. Eligibility

Plan must be purchased only at the time of original product purchase.
Applicable for MecTURING official website purchases only.
Only Applicable on Q and S Series of Vacuum Cleaners

2. Validity

Plan valid for 15 months from date of purchase.
After 15 months, the plan will automatically expire.

3. Upgrade / Exchange Benefits

Free Exchange to a new upgraded model(subject to stock & availability)
Can be clubbed with additional store discounts
Up to 80% of the original product value is added as discount, subject to the product condition.

4. Product Return Conditions

The original product must be in working condition.
No major physical damage (dents, cracks, liquid damage).
All original accessories, box & invoice must be provided.
Minor wear & tear acceptable.

5. Exclusions

Not valid on bulk/corporate/wholesale purchases unless explicitly approved.

6. Upgrade/Exchange Process

Customer must visit the nearest service centre for quality check before the 15-month period ends.
In case of non-availability of service centres, customers must contact MecTURING CareLine™ before the plan expires & send the product to our head office (extra pickup & delivery charges may apply).
On approval:
- Old product collected.
- New upgraded model delivered coupon will be added to cart while the purchase of upgraded model.

7. Company Decisions
