At MecTURING, your satisfaction is our priority. While we no longer offer a return or refund policy for purchases
made on www.mecturing.in, we now provide a 15-Day Replacement Policy to ensure a smooth, worry-free
experience.
If your MecTURING RVC purchase has any functional or manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it for you with minimal
effort.

Eligibility for Replacement:
You may request a replacement within 15 days from the date of shipment, subject to the following conditions:
Product must be unused and in its original condition
You must provide:
• Original purchase receiptReturn Material Authorization Number (RMA)
• Original packaging and box
• All accessories originally included with the product.
• If any of the above is missing, the replacement request may be rejected or additional charges may apply.

Replacement Process:
• Reach out to our Customer Care team to initiate a replacement request and obtain your RMA Number
• Ship the product back to the address provided with the RMA Number clearly marked
• Shipping charges for return to be borne by the customer
• Replacement applicable only for purchases made on www.mecturing.in

What’s Not Covered:
• Products that are physically damaged due to customer misuse or intentional harm
• Products that have been used extensively or altered
• Requests based on personal preferences like colour, size, or appearance
• Products with missing original components or packaging

Additional Notes:
• In case the robot was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
• Bundle purchases with discounts or free gifts will be reviewed individually for eligibility.
