An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement that ensures the regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment for a specified period, typically one year. AMCs help maintain equipment in optimal working condition while minimizing unplanned repair costs.
How an AMC Works
An AMC covers routine maintenance, repairs, and in some cases, part replacements to enhance the longevity of the equipment.
It is often used after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty to ensure continued support.
AMCs can be customized to include an extended range of services and a longer duration compared to standard warranties.

1. Scope of AMC Services
The AMC covers preventive maintenance and breakdown support for robotic vacuum cleaners to ensure optimal performance.
Included Services:

Breakdown Assistance (Unlimited Repairs During AMC Period)

Free labor charges for mechanical and electrical repairs.

Remote troubleshooting support via call, WhatsApp, or app.
-
On-site service availability (subject to location coverage).
-
Repairs will be completed within 3-7 working days, (subject to spare availability).

Spare Parts & Consumables Replacement (As per AMC Terms)

Free repairs for motor and PCB issues (if not physically damaged)
2. Exclusions (Not Covered in AMC)
The AMC does not cover the following cases, which will be chargeable:

Physical or Liquid Damage:

Broken body, cracked screen, or damaged wheels.

Water damage due to wet cleaning beyond capacity.

Battery & Adapter Issues:
-
Battery degradation beyond normal wear & tear.
-
Power adapter failure due to voltage fluctuations.

Unauthorized Repairs & Third-Party Tampering:

If the product has been repaired by unauthorized service centers.

Consumables:
-
Filters, brushes, Tanks, and mop pads
-

Customer-Induced Errors:
-
Damage due to improper handling or negligence of regular robot maintenance.

Courier Charges for Pickup & Drop (If applicable):

Customers outside serviceable areas must bear shipping charges.

3. Service Process & Procedure
How to Avail AMC Service?

Issue Reporting:
-
Customers can contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, or app.

A complaint number will be provided for tracking.

Remote Troubleshooting:
-
Initial assessment will be done via call or video support.
-
If the issue persists, the device must be sent to the service center.

On-Site / Service Center Repairs:

If eligible, a technician visit will be scheduled.

If on-site repair is not possible, we will ship the unit to HQ

Service Completion & Delivery:

After repair, a final quality check will be conducted.

The customer will receive a service report and invoice
4. Payment Terms & Conditions

The AMC fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.

AMC is valid only for the registered product and customer (non-transferable).

If a spare part is unavailable, the repair timeline may be extended.

The company reserves the right to modify AMC terms with prior notice.
